Kilkenny County Council Library Service is delighted to announce the launch of the My Little Library Bag initiative, a nationwide programme designed to support children as they take the important step of starting primary school

Urlingford Library will close from Tuesday 5th to Friday 8th inclusive to allow for re-installation of our upgraded windows. We will be open Saturday 9th.

Kilkenny’s strong connection to its local history was on full display as pupils from across the county took part in the ”Fadó, Fadó Sparking Memories” competition.

Please note that the libraries will be closed from 2nd May to 4th May (inclusive).
