This fascinating workshop explores the idea of Food Shoppingas a Battleground. It looks at the issue of food waste, especially in relation to milk.
To help cut out such waste, Denise’s workshop looks at the recipe for paneer (a simple cheese). Denise will provide the recipe, & will also have step by step photos for this recipe. She will bring along a dish for tasting that has paneer as part of the recipe.
