Would you like to learn more about reducing your food waste? Join us on Thursday 19th September from 11am p.m. at Thomastown Library for a 'Zero Food Waste Workshop' with Denise Walsh!
A graduate of the world-famous three-month Ballymaloe cooking course, Denise is a passionate home cook. She has worked with local artisan food producers Lavistown Sausages & Goatsbridge Trout Farm, plus Ryeland House Cookery School.
Her interest in Zero Waste cooking has grown from her experience of growing and cooking food while responding to the economic & environmental circumstances we find ourselves in during the seasons of feeding ourselves and our families.
